How do I determine the right wakeboard size for my weight?
Wakeboard sizing is primarily based on rider weight. Generally, heavier riders require longer boards for better displacement, while lighter riders benefit from shorter boards for easier maneuverability. Please refer to our comprehensive size chart on the product page for specific brand recommendations.
What is your return policy for boards and bindings?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that once a board has been mounted with bindings or used in the water, it is no longer eligible for return due to safety and resale standards.
Do you offer international shipping for large gear?
Yes, BuyWake ships worldwide. Shipping costs for oversized items like wakeboards and surfboards are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the dimensions of the package.
Are the wakeboards covered under warranty?
Most of our boards come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. However, damage caused by hitting rails, docks, or rocks (impact damage) is typically not covered by standard manufacturer warranties.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear before the weekend.
Can I use my boat board at a cable park?
While you can, we don't recommend it. Boat boards usually have a foam core and molded-in fins that can be damaged on obstacles. We recommend purchasing a dedicated cable board with a grind base and wood core for park riding.
