Returns & Exchanges

At BuyWake, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; if your new wakeboard, boots, or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included before placing them into a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or your own carrier label to the outside of the box, clearly marking your RA number near the shipping address to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear to confirm it is in sellable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
